  • CONSULTATIONS.

    All new clients looking to schedule color, keratin treatments, or extensions require an in person consultation. These appointments are quick, complimentary, and easy to fit into the schedule. They ensure we are a good fit and allows us to discuss your hair goals, pricing, and scheduling.

  • CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS.

    Please cancel or reschedule appts a minimum of 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. The fee is based on services that are scheduled. No-shows must pay in full for missed appointment and deposit for future bookings. If you no-show twice, we will not book you in the future.

  • PAYMENT.

    Payment is due at the time services are performed. Cash or Apple Pay are preferred, but we also accept all major credit cards*.

  • SERVICE DOWNGRADES.

    If you need to make an adjustment to your services, please notify your hair artist prior to your appointment. This allows us to allocate the correct amount of time needed for each appointment.

  • APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS.

    As a courtesy, 72 hours before your appointment you will receive a confirmation text that you will need to reply "C" to confirm.

  • PRICING.

    K & CO. service costs vary depending on your hair artist, hair length and thickness. Other factors include the time required and product used. Price estimates will be provided after your initial new client consultation.
